We need an advance payment of at least US$ 100 per person (non-refundable) 45 days prior to trip date to book any tour. We do not guarantee the trip until the advance payment is reached to us. The balance payment may be settled upon your arrival in Kathmandu. However, we may ask for full payment in advance for certain treks & tours especially during high season. The payments will be made in US dollars,Visa Cards,Master Card's or travelers Cheque. Personal cheques are not acceptable. Payment may be made in other convertible currency or by credit cards but a certain bank fee is charged extra.
Cancellation
For cancellations 7 days before the commencement of trip, 50% of the total tour price will be forfeited and the remaining amount refunded. 100 % cancellation charge will be applied for no-shows unless the you take the same program at a later date no later than 30 days' from the previous booking.
Agency Commissions
All prices quoted by us are commissionable to bonafide travel agents and tour operators abroad.
Liabilities & Limitations

We take the responsibility of providing the services as per the contract of the package tours under normal circumstances only

All tour and land arrangements are subject to our inability to provide the same as a result of acts of God, acts of governments or authorities, wars, hostilities, civil disturbances, strikes, riots, epidemics, quarantines, delays in construction or completion of hotel or facilities or as a result of any other causes beyond our control. We incur no liability to provide any services confirmed, if such inability is due to any of the causes listed above and no refund shall be made. In case of any additional service provided because of above situations or flight delay/cancellations or on request made by the clients, we would charge the difference amount directly (unless otherwise advised by the agent).

We reserve rights of changing the itinerary for smooth operations or to enhance the guest experience. In case of alternation, omission due to reasons beyond our control (although every effort would be made to provide the services as per the schedule) will not be liable for any claims.

We will not be held responsible for any loss, damage, accident, death, injury etc; of any nature.
5.
In our Tibet and Bhutan programs, there shall be no refund in the event of flight schedule changes, delays or cancellations causes shortened trips.
6.
The costs are based on the airfare, tax structure & entrance fees during the time of publication of the same. If there is any change in the airfare, tax structure & entrance fees, the same will be charged extra.
